Could you please provide some guidance under the following scenario -

1. Child has studied in the British/American system in the UAE till grade 9. Report cards held, with excellent marks.
2. Child has studied in Canada in grades 10 to 12 with excellent marks (90+%) from a high EQAO score school.
3. Univ admissions requirements call for english language testing if the child has not studied for 4 years in an English language school system.

Do you know if submission of the report card, from the school in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, would be sufficient to meet the 4 year english language requirement?
