My TWP is in process in CHC Pretoria (South Africa). I am a Software Consultant and work with different clients. My Canadian employer is in Calgary (Alberta) and my employer wants me to work for a specific client which is headquartered in Mississauga (Ontario). My employer wants me to work full time at the client office i.e. in Mississauga.
I have the following related questions.
1. Is this OK if my employer is in Calgary but I work in Mississauga? Of course I will be reporting to my employer in Calgary but physically I will be working at the client office in Mississauga.
2. I know TWP bounds you to work for a specific employer only. But does TWP also bound you to work within a specific city/province?
3. I received the medical forms and they have mentioned my Intended Canadian Destination as Alberta on my medical forms (most probably because my employer is in Calgary). Is this OK if my intended destination in Canada is Calgary Alberta but I enter Canada through a different port of entry in a different province? I am planning to land at Toronto Pierson International Airport.
I know that questions similar to my third question above have been asked and answered in several different forums but only for "landing as PR". I couldn't find similar info for "entering Canada on a TWP". If there are any already existing threads related to my questions, please direct me to them.

1) YES. You can do that.
2) No. Your employer can send you to his different locations. Also on consultations.
3) Good Question. *I will explain at the end of this answer. Yes you can go through the Medicals as needed by the CIC and as applicable to Alberta schedules.
You can enter through any P.O.E. and Toronto is O.K. too.
*The Alberta Health Coverage for you starts immediately upon landing here in Canada. So, if you land here and proceed immediately to Alberta FIRST, and then enroll into their medical plan through your employer, the coverage process gets completed. So, proceed as per their instructions.
Also the taxation system in Alberta is a little favourable and you will benefit if on the last day of the year, you are back there in Alberta. So get that portion also completed through them upon reaching the destination there in Alberta. After that move about anywhere in Canada, be it Mississauga or BC.
You please do the research by reading different topics, as the compilation here might not be altogether here in one place on CD.
