Can anyone suggest some good walking/hiking trails in the scarborough area.

I would highly recommend

Thomson Memorial Park at Lawrence Avenue E and Brimley Road http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomson_Memorial_Park

&

Bluffers Park

Drive till the end of Sylvan Ave at Markham & kingston . Than walk through the trails .
Pls bring a chalk with you as the trails are not marked . If you like adventure , this is the best place . Some trails are pretty steep but than you can go to the waterfront . The steep trails are not suitable for kids below 10 .
I assure that you will enjoy it .

Check the Rouge valley out. Its very beautiful trails with streams bridges and scenic views.
