to make things clear. i got indian passport n i m still indian national, i m going to get british indefinate stay in year 2011.but i would like to move to new brunswick or nova scotia in 2011 and keep my canadian pr. i have got pr in may-08. i was in toronto for week and came back to uk..

now ,i m gng to become dad end of november-08. as per your information. i can only sponcer child from canada. it is possible that, i can come to canada sponcer the child and come back in uk again??

also is it fine if i sponcer the child after two years of his or her birth. also my file has been processed from uk. and child is going to born in uk. but he will get indian passport? where his file will be processed???

awiting for your reply.many thanks. yes, i can come back to canada and do the baby there but i got visa extension in jan-08 in uk and me and wife both are earing around 90000 cad per annum which i donot want to distrub for two years.

i wish i had a time to manage all this but as long as i can sponcer child after two years i m happy.

I don't see any issues on you sponsoring after 2 years of child's birth.
