Hi
i landed in 2006 and left without pr card and didn't recive my card because of a problem in the address .
Now iam going back after two weeks ,
1-what is the process for geting the pr card is the same as renewing a one
2- do i need a a guarantor .
3-and please tell me do i recive it or i have to pick it
4- is there a way to fast and make the 72days shorter.

Your post doesn't seem to make any sense. If you are outside Canada how do you plan on entering Canada without a PR card? You would need to apply for a travel document or something similar.
If you are driving, you may face issues.
