Hi There,

My parents are here on a multiple entry Canadian Visa, from India. They intend visiting US to attend a ceremony sometime in September. Does anybody know the procedure to apply for visitor visa to US, from Canada?

They need an appointment with the consulate in Toronto. Appointments can be fixed online via http://www.nvars.com" rel="nofollow">LINK

All the information is available on that website. Be aware that US consulates STRONGLY prefer they get visit visas from the consulates in their home country. Chances of visa denial are quite high.
