Hi,

You will not have any problems. Just add a covering letter saying that you had to go back to complete other obligations, before settling for good in Canada. You will need a travel document.

Look into the holders of a............please see if you have IMM5292 or a stamp in your passport, with the date of landing.

Please follow the link. Fill the application and do what they ask for, and pay the fee. You should have your papers with in 30 days or there abouts.
