Hi,
I landed in canada 2006 and left after two weeks without a pr card ,i want to go back to canada and settel how can i go back (visa ,travel doccoment)
will be there any difficulties in the emmbassy please help . Is it true that the officer can refuse to give me a visa to go back to Canada.
When you landed in Canada, I am sure you must have given an address and they would have sent your PR card by post.
How come you do not have a PR card issued to you when you landed.
KU, PR card is only for people who come to Canada for good, after landing if one is going back one should not ask for PR card to be issued but many of us give our friends/family addresses and acquire the card (this is wrong). According to the rules PR card is issued to you once you plan to settle for good in Canada and are physically present in here.
hussamch, you are well under the PR period please request a travel document from your nearest Embassy. PR holders don't need Visa (tourist etc.) they require Travel document to renter Canada.
Hope this helps..........Jona
