Hello,

I am Indian citizen living in toronto since Jan'2006 and came as a student in PG diploma program after completing my Comp. Science and Engg from india and now am working full time in candian based firm in IT since march 2007( 1 year completed).I already got LMO/HRDC positive opinion for another 2 years (till March 2010 ) and work permit for the same.

My question is : Which process should i choose to apply my PR

Simplified application process OR
Regular application process .

My details : Bachelors ( 4 year computers science and engg)
Arrived in canada on Jan'2006
No back home Exp.
Age: 26
Present job - Network Support Analyst ( Mar 2007 -till Mar 2010 )
IELTS : pending / will start soon

Note: My employer might give me letter stating that they will hire me if i get PR ( arranged employment letter )
Please help me as i am short of budget and can't hire a lawyer for this as they are too expensive and i need to file my PR case ASAP.

It will be greatly apperitiated if some one can help me .

Hello,

You have 4 Years of Engineering.
You have an years' work experience.
You have two additional years' Work permit.
You are intending to complete IELTS.
You please obtain the letter of employment from you work place.
Then proceed to the link at the bottom after you fix an appointment.
They will show you how to fill in the application and provide you with all of the help that you need. It is an Immigrant Help Center.
Ask them all the questions you ever wanted answers to.
