Just wondering, whether I can apply for admission of my daughter in Markham or Toronto area school appeared in the list even though I am not residing in these two areas?

One of my nieces was an exchange student here in Canada and studied here and then went to Bangalore and did her B.Ed and Masters, was teaching at that school in Bangalore.
I will forward the link to her for her reference and it will come handy when she applies for another posting.
