Dear All,
Please advise and reply for following questions :-
1. What are the Medical facility will be allow by canadain gouvernment.
2. I did not earn anything in 2006-2007 and havent work over canada and did not submit my return till date. Do I need to pay any panelty or I can submit it now...

No you do not nee to pay any penalty, and Yes you can still submit your return, and you should.
