Please clarify...

I am a permanent resident while my wife is canadian citizen, If we both live in india still i am fulfilling the permanent residency obligation. Can i renew my PR card in India or do i need to in canada to do so.

How are you still fulfilling the pr obligation??

I dont think u can renew pr card while not physically present in Canada, but hey, i can be wrong too...
