Hi.
Can somebody please tell me is it mandatory to take minor children, aged 5 and 7, to the oath ceremony for citizenship. I asked couple of friends but I am still not sure.

For persons aged 14 and older, it is mandatory to take citizenship oath.

Double check by calling CIC at 1-800 number anyway.
