I am looking for ideas to celebrate my daughter's first birthday paty.
Any ideas on kind of places where it can be hosted.
Crowd would include both adults and kids and desi's and non desi's.

You could hire a small restaurant, or have it in Chucky Cheeses or if you live in an apartment building (or know someone who does) you could have it in thier function room (they usually have one)....it really depends on what your budget is.
My brother rented a small function room in a sports facility that had a bar too to keep the adults entertained then rented all these indoor playground type toys for all the kids, have a few tables...it was great.

Outdoor can be -
* Backyard (you leave your place a bit messy)
* Park
- Need Permission
- Need to keep an eye on Kids
Indoor can be -
* Chuck-e-Cheese
- No choice in Food
- Crowded at times
- Need to keep an eye on Kids
* McDonald (Have never done that or never been there)
* City Child Care Centre
- You can bring your own food
- Kids can play in Play area without much of the supervision
- Comes out to be lil cheaper
