Hi CD's

I have searched other posts regarding this issue, but could not find a relevant solution.

I have entered Toronto, Canada on 29th July, 2007 on work permit.

I have got married before coming to Canada and I want to get her spouse or dependent visa.

What is the process and please let me know the documents to be set to her so that she can apply for spouse (dependent) visa.

How long will the process go on?

Fill the visa form attach relevant documents like marriage certificate,your work permit copy,copies of payslips,IT returns etc if the requested entry is more than 6 months, medicals will be there and it takes 1 month, visit the canadian high comission website from the country you are applying, the details will be defnitely there
