hello sir,

only two months left to expire my medicals, within this short period i will get the visa? i applyed cic, newdelhi, in sept 2001, medicals in april 2003,

You have not indicated that you have sent your passport for stamping the visa.

Please contact CHC by mail/fax requesting them to issue your landing papers within the validity of current medicals. We have many examples where CHC has issued the papers where the people are advised to land in Canada within less than a week. They issue the visa usually after getting acceptance from the applicants about this.

HI Gian Paul,

My wife did Three years Diploma after 10th. Then she did Senior Secondary (10+2) through correspondence.

Please tell me how many points I will get under Adaptability factor for spouse qualification.

hello paul

thanx for your vulable reply, actually i got a letter last week from the consulate stating that they are no longer accepting the police clearence certificate issued by the passport office, that's why they are asked me to submit the pcc issued by the SP or commissioner fromthe local area. today only i was taken they are given from 1998. my medicals will expire with in 2months. hope i will get some news coming month. once again thanx mr.paul, one more thing past 6 years pcc was enough???? advise me plz

Dear Mr. Reddy

Earlier CHC was accepting PCC from the concerned passport office. I belive you have submitted the revised PCC. Continue to follow up with CHC to release your papers to avoid re medicals.
