just indicate the amount in the form.
can take 4-8 weeks sometimes.

Hi,
Rakesh had mentioned that he got a letter asking him to pick up PR card . I thought it was mailed out to you . Isnt it?

this would be the case if he landed earlier and had to apply for PR card [before new rules applied]
