My son also has not received any information yet about the date of Oath Ceremony and his e-client status is also not updated. I am hoping by the end of this month he will receive this letter. I will let you know as soon as he receives some info. Do, let us know if and when you receive the same and when they update your e-client status.

I still havent received an answer?
I gave my test from an authorized test center in Missisauga and attached it with the application for citizenship...apparently its supposed to speed up things...
Application sent - July 2003
Application began processing - jan 2004
Sent to Misisauga office- Feb 2004

Will i have to give test again and when should i expect a letter from Citizenship Immigration...

Not received a single response...got to know through e-client that file sent to local office in Feb 2004? also what was it doing in Sydney from July to Jan?

How come there is so much silence. Silence kills... Lets share our knowledge and situation.

I took my test on 10th March in Scarborough center and I was clearly told by them that it will take atleast 8 weeks for the processing to finish and they will inform about the date of Oath only after the processing finishes.

I was optimistic and thought that it might come through before that, but looks like I am wrong. It more than 7 weeks now and no news yet from them. We all are waiting anxiously and patiently for this thing to come through, lets express ourselves so that we can feel relaxed....

Hey guys, My citizenship test date letter arrived late due to easter holiday. It reached me 2 days after the test date. Anyone can tell me what is the best option to do. It is not my mistake that why the letter reached late. Can anyone guide.....

I have already called the 800# on the letter but they have asked me to fax a letter stating the reason. So how long it takes to get another test date. I live in Toronto.
