My papers wree frowarded to CHC,New Delhi for spouse class visa in August'06 from CIC, Missisauga

Has anyone else's papers been forwarded to the CHC New delhi during the month of August'06..

Please let me know if you have recieved any communication asking for passport or any details from CHC ,New delhi.

Lets keep in touch friends so that each one of us can share their experiences and also we can share the status and progress of our cases..

hello there

I am with the same timeline. my paper were fwd to CHC-N.Delhi in the month of August. Hv'nt recd any reply yet from CHC - newdelhi. gotta wait.........

Hii

My application for spouse viza was fwd to new Delhi on 25th sep and processing has been started in New delhi from Oct 4th, since then we have not heard anything on their side.

As per the past exps we should receive the passport request letter within 25days from the date of transfer of papers to New delhi
Lets hope for the best.

Please keep us informed u'll get any news from CPC New delhi

It has been a long wait for us..

I would like to know weather all of you done your medicals in advance and submitted the same at the time of filling your papers ??

I doubt that the CHC new delhi would give a reply in 25 days.. because it is now more than 3 months that my papers are at new delhi.. and I have not heard anythihg from them..

All that we can we do is wait and pray that things move fast..

Yes i did my medical examination and submitted the proof while filing the papers.

Yes I've finished my medicals in advance and submitted my medicals with my papers..

I believe there would be many people who have applied for family class visa in this forum, all with different time line..

If they could all share their experiences it would be helpful ...especially people who have just recieved their visa's...

u can refer to post with sub Delhi timeline and Timline at New Delhi there people have mentioned their paste xps
As u have mentioned ur papers are in delhi office since Aug, do have have certain idea wht could be the reason for such a delay,
have u been to other countries other than India???
