I had a weird idea when browsing the CIC website and was wondering if I understand the information correctly.

Besides my job, I also have a business, which I started this year.

On the CIC site I saw the option to immigrate as "Self-employed Persons" (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/guides/4000E3.html ). I do not have any "registered" experience in doing business, although I am freelancer worker. I unfortunately did not registered the company - I will register it shortly and declare the taxes at the end of this year.

If I check the score for that category (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/guides/4000E6.html#wp294137), then I reach 36 without having any business experience. The pass mark is 35. I can also fulfill the requirement to bring 10.000$ for the business. I did not see any other requirements. Do you think I can apply for that class?
