Everything will look new for you in canada. The best thing is not to compare anything to your past and be fresh to this country. Face the reality and experience it.

Never mind all the banks in canada are same in customer service. Just be a good customer

Good luck

Its better to dig a hole in your backyard and put your money there then to bank with ICICI.

I got a mail from ICICI India asking to update my PAN card (by sending a copy with Gazette signature) or from a manager of ICICI bank.

When I went to the ICICI branch in Toronto they said that they are "Not the same" since they are a different company.

So, the question: using Shah Rukh Khan in their adverts in Canada just to make us Desis FEEL that it is a Desi bank when it is NOT?!

I am also sick of ICICIs service. I changed my address and they want me to send them a postal letter to india for this with photocopies of documents. how stupid is that??

I have an NRI account and the branches here simply wont entertain you to update the address.

its useless to have an account with icici simply cause of the desi spirit. cause in the long run i feel like a sucker.

I always have had bitter experiences with ICICI... Back home in India as well here in CAN..

I hate to bank with them...!! huh!

CitiBank NRE/NRO seems a little better when it comes to maintaining money in INR. But again when it comes to crediting interest, they take more out of your bank than to put in... :))

Just a personal experience..
