I agree that it was cooked up. It was meant as a joke and someone just decided to say that it was taken from "Shaadi.com" to give some legitimacy to the posting.
(No offense meant) but if those guys had looked at your profile in Shaadi.com they might have added up your profile in one of their comments (of course by suitably modifying it to make more mistakes than you actually would have made).
