I applied in Skilled Immigrant December 2001.I received 1st Review with following point can someone guide me on this.

1) Re-Submitte imm0008 and imm0003 ( There are 3 Catogry I do not know on which I should filled up and send to them ex.Federal)
2) Give IELTS
3) Give Copy of Degree Cirtificate
4) Give Self Employed Registration Certificate

My Quiestion is

1) Why they are asking 2nd time re-submission of this fomr (imm0008 and 003)
2) Which imm 003 I should Re-Submitte as I planning to settle in Toranto.
3)How much IELTS you have to score for Immigration of CANADA.
4) Any Good Coaching in Mumbai availaible for IELTS
5) As I am Self Employed My propritor co. does not required to register in INDIA. What proof I can produced. I am having TDS 16 deducted by client from Last 5 years which is acknowledge by Income Tax Department.This will be sufficient or further more document required.
