Microsoft - Which end of the stick do you want today?
not good for vegetarian people.
To be elaborate, it has salad bar, similar to any other buffet, salad with chick peas and pasta n dift combinations. then dessert section, dift stalls of french fries, garlic bread, onion rings, main food has dift noodles n rice, egg, potatoes, shrimp, fish, sea food n what not, people like is muscles, n boiled veggies.
we are vegetarians but had to go to entertain some1. so dunno lots of non veg items.
If you like seafood, they have good choices. I go there mainly for seafood.
The choices in seafood are:
crab salad
shrimp salad (sometimes)
fried shrimp
mussels in black bean sauce
fied calamari (sometimes)
shrimp sushi
Aoart from these they do have good healthy dessets like sugarfree cheesecake, fresh fruits, grilled chicken.
If you go on weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday the luch buffett costs only $ 9.99.
Folks ,
What are vegetarian chooices available @ Mandarin for vegetarians other than salads & French Fries ?
Veg Noodles ?
Veg Fried Rice ?
Any manchurian items ?
Have been invited - debating whether to go or pass .... for people who have visited Mandarin , Brampton , please advise on what choice do we have in the main course ..... I had once gone to Imperial buffet - can't say I was overly pleased ...

Fido.
Mandarin has a good choice of vegetarian dishes.
In the past I have seen Desi's use the same spoon to take the Non veg dish and then pick a veg dish. So I canot guarentee that is will be 100 % veg. (the dishes).
May be someone can enlighten me if the cakes/ pastry etc. are with eggs or not.
Whether it is worth it for not, I am not sure but if you have been invited, then it is OK.
I am not sure if it will please you to see the Chinese / black community hog the crabs in the next table.
Peace
Peace
