Veggie burgers

I have always bought veggie burgers at Costco. They are available in the spring/summer season, therefore I stock them up in the freezer for winters before it sets in.

Their own brand Kirkland Garden Burger is made of rice, grains and vegetables and is available frozen. I thaw them in microwave for about minute each side at high and then grill them on a pan (prefered) or use the convection oven to bake.

The other is Money's Portebello mushroom & soy veggie burger available in the refregerated form. These can be grilled on the pan.

I don't know what Indianize means. I use onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese slice, mustard sauce, mayo and relish.....and warm the buns as well. They are yummmmmy......

Somebody already mentioned Licks ...

"Tandoor Chef Veg Masala Burger" ... should be available in your nearest Indian Grocery Store. I use Electrical Grill. I don't Indianized (apart from Patty) - but burger is quite stacked ... with every possible item in it.

I was referring to my own preference (ie. that dosa and shahi paneer dont mix). I havent tried dosa with cheese, it just sounded interesting. thats all.
