Same happened in my sister's case in 1996. She had a white spot due to pnuemonia she had years ago, but CHC cleared her medical after 2nd
X-ray. So don't worry

In all probability detection of the white spot will lead to a second X-ray after some time and some tests. Thereafter the case should be cleared. If there is no growth in the spot that usually indicates an old disease, healed and gone.

Perfect X rays are not a rule.
