Dear CDS,

Here is my wifes sponsership time line. This is from CIC online status.

1 stage:
Sponsership Appliaction Approved-Decision made:

We received your application to sponsor on September 06, 2005.

We started processing your application on September 26, 2005.

We sent you a letter on November 24, 2005 about the decision on your application.

2nd stage:
Permanent Residence Application Status: In-Process
We started processing your application on December 08, 2005.

It's being 2 months since they started my wife's application no PR so far. Can anyone guide me how long will it take to get the PR?

It use to take ~3 months for medical request and another ~2-3 months for passport request for visa stamping.
But that's what used to be in mid-late 2004.
Nothing to worry about.
