CIC just returned my spousal application form. They mentioned that my spouse forgot to sign one section in the "additional family information form". Can you gurus tell me which section she needs to sign?? This is the form. We just got married and I am spoonsoring her.. My gut feeling is that she need to sign section B and section C. But just want to confirm with you guys.. Appreciate your response..

Tell me how many member are in your family.
?I mean are you sponsoring your wife only or other mebers as well?
If you are just married and no kids and you are sponsoring your spouse only then you should sign only section D.

Thanks for your reply. In section B the form is specifying that if I don't have any children then my spouse has to sign.
"I certify that I don't have any children either natural or adopted".

Sign
Sign Section A - if you don't have spouse,
But you have spouse, so you don't need to sign it
Sign Section B - if you don't have childrens
You are newly wedded, so you don't have any childres, so please sign section B
Sign Section D- This is declartion that all the information provided by you is correct, so every one has to sign here.
