Hi,

I am an international student in Nova Scotia anc covered under the provincial health plan. However I am moving to Toronto in a month to look for jobs. And as per Nova Scotia provincial policy, if I stay out of Nova Scotia for a month then I am no longer covered by it.

I was wondering whether I can get coverage by Ontarion Provincial health plan. I have international student status until April. Is such a coverage free (coz Nova Scotia coverage is free).

I think you may have to contact the ministry by phone to see if you will be eligible but here is a good starting point.
