I am in planning of buying brand new home for investment purpose and I have tenent ready for rent to own option. Tenent will buy it after 3 years term.

I am looking for general rent to own agreement. I may need to add some personal conditions into that agreement.

Any one has an experience about how to get best and legal rent to own agreement?

Also, how can I check credit history of tenent?

This is my first investment home. If you have any advice for agreement or credit check, please let me know.
