Hi,
I have a couple of questions about the travel on business visa. I have US business visa(B1/B2) which was applied/received through my previous company. The visa is still valid
1) Can I travel on the same business visa for my current company business/conference? or do I need to get fresh visa? If I can travel on this visa what all documents would I need to present at the airport?
thanks,
you can travel on the same visa, you need to show the invitation letter(if asked), customs will issue i94 and attach it to passport. Make sure if your visa is stamped for "Multiple" entry
B-2 is a visitor visa. However B-1 is a Temporary Business Visitor.
I am not so sure about business category visas but usually they issue B-1 visa only with single entry, the stamp on the passport should state if that is single entry or multiple entry along with the expiry date.

Regards,
It's Multiple entry Visa and visa type/class specified is R-B1/B2 so I assume it's combined Visitor + business Visa.
It's valid for next couple of years.
Another thing that my passport having the visa stamp has expired and I have received the new passport. As I understand, while traveling I would be carrying both the passports and it doesn't have any impact on the issued Visa. Is this understanding correct ?
Yes, your understanding is correct, please carry both the passports. Job change has no effect on your Visa status, once it is issued it stays till its expired. As earlier said by quest, "if asked" show them your invitation letter (mostly the purpose of visit is told verbally and they never bother to check invitations etc, but just in case).

Thanks everyone for your responses.
