I want to apply for a Permanent visa for Canada from India and wanted to know how can I do that, what all documents do I have to produce and how long it usually take to process the application. Kindly let me know if there is a legal shortcut for the same....

If you are young and have good qualifications, then you can check to see if you score a pass mark of 67 or higher. If you do, then you can get in the queue.

If you have skills that are in demand and can find an employer, then you can get a work permit and cut the process short to one year or less.
If you are single and loaded and definitely want to be here, then there are scalpers who will take some money and get you the papers. But make sure they have a good track record and it is in your favour.
