Hi i had sent this messg before but still i need some more information.thanks a lot for the few replies i rec'd. since i am not from india, i am a bit worried, as my mum is going to have a cataract operation in india and she is not sure which is the best hospital in mumbai - i have two friends one in SION and one in Panvel who suggest me SION hospital and the other one in PANVEL called haldipura. Or can you guys from mumbai suggest me a good hospital in the surrounding of Mumbai. Anything in Thane? Your suggestion will be very much appreciated.

Jaslok hosp has a good dr.Kanti Mody.
Hinduja, Bombay hosp.all good hosp. Cataract is considered as simple surgery nowadays. It can be done anywhere .
