My fiancée is in Canada and he is a PR Holder. I am in USA. I have applied for Canada under Independent Skilled Worker, waiting for my interview date which is not scheduled yet. If I get married to my fiancée in CANADA then what will happen to my case? Will CIC move my case to Canada? Or Do I have to restart my process again? I have my medical papers from CIC but as my interview date is not scheduled I have kept my medical papers on hold?
Should I marry now and move to Canada and wait or should I finish my interview here in USA?
Please advice.
Thanks
Get married. get sponsored by spouse. Tell embassy to forget about your application that is taking for ever. You'll have to do new medicals for the spouse sponsorship. The process will take a few months [if not weeks].
