My fiancée is in Canada and he is a PR Holder. I am in USA. I have applied for Canada under Independent Skilled Worker, waiting for my interview date which is not scheduled yet. If I get married to my fiancée in CANADA then what will happen to my case? Will CIC move my case to Canada? Or Do I have to restart my process again? I have my medical papers from CIC but as my interview date is not scheduled I have kept my medical papers on hold?
Should I marry now and move to Canada and wait or should I finish my interview here in USA?
Please advice.
Thanks

Sunnybunny,
Please post your question in one forum. Asking the same question in differnt forums will not help.
It could take upto 8 to 10 months to get an interview call or interview waiver after getting medical papers in the US. ( it took me that long). Whereas if you get married and your husband applies for you then spouse sponsorship takes anything between 4 to 6 months. ( When I sponsored my wife, her application processing 6 months for processing from Delhi, processing duration could vary from Buffalo)
So weigh your options and get some more feedback and then decide.
