I sweat cpl of hrs in the gym every morning...does not seem to do anything bad for my humour. I highly recommend it :D

Have you ever heard words like recreating and frustration.......gym is sweating for recreation and frustration is sweating 8 hrs shift......:p

been there done that (15 hr shifts). Did not blame Canada then...am not going to start now. Bitterness only kills the person carrying it. You do have a point though...if I was ''adjucated'' I probably would still be doing 15 hr shifts.

You should tell some of the ladies working out at the gym that its recreation...they will probably find a way to suffocate you with that excercise ball they roll on.:D
