Hello Massood ji
We had applied for visitors visa for my parents a couple of weeks back by post from south India and it has been denied stating that they havent shown enough ties of returning back. My parents own a house and they also have a daughter and son staying in India and they have no intensions of staying here whatsoever other than visiting us for the summer, can someone in toronto help us draft a notorized document to support our inviting them, could u please help, what are the other ways of getting through this hastle, please suggest, should we wait for reapplying, your opinion is appreciated
Hai Prithy,
It's similar case for me. More so diffcult to understand the process as my parents have mutiple entry visa to United States and have been in Canada previously.( They had left well within the alloted period of stay)
MPP's office also acknowledges that and they confirm that for most cases it's rejection forthright. Notarization or any other documents does not hold water.
Applying again I feel is a waste of money and time. It will only go into filling up their coffers.
Unless (as mentioned by Immigration minister today) the waiting list for spousal/parents permanent applications are reduced, all such cases will continue to be rejected.(Thats because all these applicants are taking the quick route of bringing families on visit visa and then applying as inland cases).
