Temporary visa applicants do not now need to trek all the way to New Delhi to apply for a visa. Here's the extract from the link below:

The Visa Application Centres will be located in New Delhi, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kolkata. All the centres will open on March 9, 2005

Hi Daks,

Thanks a lot for this information.

Since, I have not heard anything from CIC Missisagua for my Daddy's papers.

Means I can call my daddy & he can visit from Ahmedabad,
