i like to kno if somoenon refugee case here (a independant grl) n staying with her family who r permanant residant here alredy...wut her chances to case the win n stay with her family?
2nd if her parents choose a guy here while she is in process of this case, can she marry or she should not.

I can't comment on her chances of being accepted as a refugee. I'm sure her lawyer would have advised her based on the facts.
If she is a refugee claimant and gets married to a Canadian citizen or resident, her husband can sponsor her but she will have to leave Canada and re-enter when she gets her visa.

i thought she can stay here n also her husband sponsor her, why she need to go back to county??? that is not how her lawyer advice her.
A lit bit confuse.plz help.

If she has a lawyer, I'm sure she is getting the best advice. Make sure the person is actually a lawyer, NOT consultant posing as a lawyer.

Masood sahab....her lawyer n other counsultant not giing her right information.
ITs not d matter of geting marry n get card its matter of her family...they all r PR here in canada except her and now lawyer charging her so much money to do re appeal n also H&C ....not even chances to get legal aid cuz her family are here..is it possbile she can apply H&C by her self..wut can you suggest ?.i hope u give right information based on your knowledge. thank you.
