dear sir, plz help me and guide me, i am too much depressed, my problem is that my husband is living in canada, his case is filed there as a refugee protection bcos he moved from usa to canada since february 2003 and he filed his case in march 2003, i also applied for visiting visa but it was refused. let me know which way will be better for me to be there to my husband, how long this refugee case takes to be solved,can i go when my husband,s case will be solved. on my passport i got stamp of TRV ISBAD, what does it means, need ur urgent help

stamp is proof that you previously applied and immigration can use that to check your immigration history. The refugee case depends on many factors. Once he gets accepted as a Convention Refugee, you will be processed together with him for immigrating.
His lawyer should be able to provide you with more details since he/she has all the facts of the case.
