If we watch Canadian or US content on IPTV from these subscription based private servers can our Internet Service provider do Bandwidth throttling assuming you a DSL connection?
I am also thinking to invest in IPTV but wondering which is the most stable & reliable one.
RBO which box do you use for IPTV MAG 250 or AVOV?

If buying an Android box, avoid Android 4.4 versions. Next release of Kodi will run only on Android 5 or higher. Cheaper boxes are using 1GB RAM and older chipset.
Fire Stick will probably not ship to Canada, so I think you should double check. The above link is for Amazon.com and not Amazon.ca.

Febpreet, the above link for amazon.ca is not for the stick but for some kind of book or user guide.
RBO, Kodi is open source and add ons are open source as well. So, software is not pirated. If you are talking about the streams, well that is another story! There is a lot of piracy in what gets streamed over internet either free or paid. Just because you pay a fee per month does not make it legal. Even satellite TV like Dish Network has no presence in Canada legally.
For legal streams, you have to stick with Bell, Rogers or services like Yupp TV.

In terms of Legal implications this is what worries me about IPTV paid private server continuously streaming encrypted content over the internet as Raj is explaining.
Our internet service provider can possibly throttle our speed or charge us more etc etc since they can easily find out what content we are streaming. With satellite dishes I felt cautiously ok since I assumed it only used internet for downloading small files every 15 min or 30 min rest was over the air.
