Like in facebook, is it possible to personalize CD to mask some posters.
There are some junkies in my Facebook accounts and whatsapp I tried to steer around, whatsapp has still left me in limbo.

Good post. For me, there is no more monthly booze party. Its more like twice a year.

For example, my short term goal for the next 2 months of this summer is to extend the backyard deck. The active lifestyle will keep you busy and healthy. Totally agree with San hugo – must have 2-3 good friends as we do during school time. Adding flavor to it – must have at least 1-2 booze party with them every month. I believe that such parties connect the like minded persons :-). Sometimes we forget to relax. When last time you have closed my eyes and listen to your favorite music – do you remember? If sleep is important as eating every day, relaxing occasionally is similar to eating out once a week or so. Sometime I pick the motorcycle and go for a fun ride for an hour. For a change, you may try to go to any nearby town within 100 km distance without any aim, wander the market place, and have a coffee at local coffee shop. Go to a busy shopping mall, sit and just watch people moving around. Try not to think anything – this is my way of meditation :-). Even once a while going to a strip club with friends is not bad. This is my limit so I will stop here.

Lots of action today in CD, maybe its because its Friday.

Anyways, just to keep myself active, I have joined a cricket team this season. Its been fun so far. Another activity we are planning is to start playing indoor soccer. It didnt materialize so far. Maybe if CD members are interested, we could try indoor 4 or 5 a team soccer match weekly somewhere in GTA. Let me know if there is interest and I will try to find information about this.

mcg7,

Rula diya bhai, rula diya sacchi mein :). You know, these open style living/kitchen doesn't help either. Sala TV par kutch interesting dekhne baitho, to cooker ki seeti ya range hood ka fan on ho jata hey. Bedroom mein move ho jaao TV dekhne ke liye, to khud ko guilty ho jaati hey ki akele baithe hein...

But, good tips, I must say.

I agree with each one of you.

I have seen many of my friends/relatives/ family members go thru similar path - unable to convince the world that they are equally human being as any Women- they deserve some appreciation of their hard work as well.:)

This!

I agree.

My mom (stays with us) always asks me to wake up a bit early for Yoga or work out, and I am unable to. So, I sat down with her last night and explained her in detail the whole day's schedule, and why waking up early is so hard for me, even though I desperately want (and like) to. Very hard to find time for oneself, from morning to hitting the bed - the alone time, even that goes to check Bank accounts, paying/arranging the bills, and some other asks from the family.

But, I know, I have to be a little adamant to get just a little bit of time for myself, which only belongs to me. The only way to refresh my energy levels.

Sorry to be blunt, but be a little bit 'besharam' for your own mental/physical health.

Very valid and practical .... close friend is need of life...

Even I agree. If not 2-3, then having one does great wonders. We are living in Western World and there's no dearth of affordable recreation (hitting to gym, tennis, to the stip clubs).

Often, we think and analyze too hard. I know I do, that's why my signature and tagline below.

Just let yourselves loose (not in character) :).

Surprisingly I was not late for work and day is better so far.
