GENERALLY, after they show the receipt of the funds etc., you can monitor the progress on the e-cas website .

Wait for your call from them or a waiver of an interview.,
Then request for your PP for stamping.,
Then a long wait to receive all of the papers back and.,
Travel and other arrangements from your end.,
You have an year from the date you got through the Meds to enter Canada.
They say an approximate time of 22 months from the date of submission of the Application from outside of Canada. (On their website. ND)
