Hi...
I live in USA. There is no spelling mistake with my name. It is all about Spaces
between my First Name(A), Middle Name( B)
My actual name in the passport is AB (No Spaces). But in all my certificates my
name will be as A B ( A space B.). So, I went to Indian Embassy in
U.S and asked them to change my name as.... A B ( with spaces). They made
an Indian stamp on one of the page in the passport saying the name must be
read as (A B) and changed the name. without touching anything on the
passport.

Now I want to go to Canada for Stamping. My problem is When I was filling the Visitor Visa Forms, they are asking me to mention the points
1. GIVEN NAME--- As shown on my Passport and also
2. HAVE YOU EVER USED ANY OTHER NAME (Nick Name, Maiden Name, Alias).
My question is which name I need to use? Either the name with no Spaces(AB)
or the name with spaces ( A B). and also what do I need to fill in the (1) & (2)
points?

I will provide you with a few examples here under. See what is currently your situation and provide under this an explantion,yours that is, after which we can sort the Visa Application. Also quote the number on the Visa application so we can generate one at this end and also know what we are going to do, ie., filling in of the visa form.
First name Middle namr Last name.
JOHN........JOSEPH........JENKINS. (*Fictitious name)
9 and a 1/2 Micki.............McCormick 9 (The little kid pulled out the hat size)
instead of a name out of the hat. Micki for Michael. They dropped his first name and called him Micki McCormick.
Kathrina... Lucy...........Vaughn-williams Double Barreled surname.
RamaKrishna.....No middle name....Eyeappan
Roldu...... Gadha......Boodhram
Don't forget that there are THREE parts to this names in all application.
You can omit a middle name. Hence you will have...
John Jenkins,
Micki McCormick
Kathrina Vaughn-Williams
Ramakrishna Eyeappan
Roldu Gadha Boodhram
Here you have a name and a Surname.
You cannot have JUST
JOHN.............................or
9 and a Half (1/2).........or
Kathrina.........................or
RamaKrishna..................or
Roldu................................
Here the surname is missing and no middle name also. That is not permitted.
Since they are not issuing to you a new passport with a name as you want written in it...
You will have to adjust your name to FIRST and the LAST name system. No MIDDLE NAME.
In your case "A".... gap "B" where in A is your First name No middle name and B as your last name. This is because you have not provided us with a C which is the last name.
You will have to admit that you did use the FIRST NAME 'AB' with the middle name omitted. Yes, you were called AB. No aliases. I am sure you do have a Last Name "C". which you omitted here and failed to tell us. What do you mean they did not touch the passport? They did the corrections for you the way you wanted. So, take a photocopy of the page and attach the same to the visa application and provide them with a covering letter to that effect. There are no short cuts.

Now in every process I do in USA, I use the name with spaces.... So, I was thinking of using the same in Canada process...

It takes time to soak up to the fact that having changed your name to 'A' 'B''C' format how to NOT USE the old name you HAD.
Bear in mind that you no longer are AB C. Start to live as A B C. It takes time.
It is a great healer.
