My Wife (PA) Landed and Came Back to USA , May i land now ?

Hello All ....

my wife is PA and she landed there in canada and completed landing formality like COPR signed etc. (they will not process PR card since she will permanently move after some time there) came back to USA since she has some work to do . I am in India now.

1) so may i land without there with out her with me ?
2) her physical presence required there in canada when i land there ?

pls help me.. bye

What do you mean by saying my wife is PA.
You can land without her with you and without her presence in Canada

Probably you mean Principle Applicant ... that is fine.

But my Wife (Principle Applicant ) did not get 'Record of Landing' paper from Immigration Officer

so may i land without there with out her with me ?

Too little info to advice.
"No Record of Landing" means ..... "No Landing".
It will be construed only as "Visit".

she has got signed COPR since she came back to USA on same day.

meaning i cant not land ?
