Just moved to Mississauga from US as a Permanent resident (working at Oakville) - am looking to meet people around and make new friends. We are a decent tamil couple with a Sweet little daughter (around 3 months old).

i have been here for almost 3 years on PR status and have a debt of $35,000 to pay, which I am unalbe to.

I am going back to India with my wife and daughter, leaving the debt here.

will this have any problems ?
Will the bank trace me in India ?
Will I be jailed ?
I am left with only 4,000 rest all is being spent on daily expenses. as I have not been able to find a job here and now i want to go back to delhi.

please share your experince.

This is Dhavall Vadher. I m in India right now, I have applied for visa and my file is in progress. I am planning to come to Quebec, Canada for job purpose. I want to make new friends in Canada to share ideas & thoughts, chat with them, so that while i come there i would not feel alone.
