I'm filing the PR application under \"Arranged Employment\" category. Presently I'm working in Canada on intra-company transferee work permit (LMO exempt), and my employer is willing to provide necessary supporting documents.
Please guide me what documents I should seek from my employer.
How they should be structured in terms of the wording and format.

Arranged employment - We already have the job and working. The employer is willing to provide the necessary documentation required by them for PR. We would like to know what is necessary documentation.

Lengthy answer- I can't write at this time. I will try to write a shot one.
Scenario-A
If you meet the following conditions:
1. You are working for the company for the past two years ( you need proof-T4 and Tax Assessment for two years etc)
2. You have a work permit on that company name for at least one more year from that date of your filing ...
... .then the following document is required from the company to file PR.
" An offer offer of permanent job and the it should be on indeterminate basis"
Scenario-B
If you do not meet the above conditions .... then to get the Arranged Employment approved, the following documents are required.
1. Company Incorporation
2. Lease/Ownership of Place of Operation ( At least one year)
3. Last 12 months PD7A ( Details of Payroll Taxes paid every month)
4. Summary of last year's T-4 ( Total wages paid to employees during the year)
5. Financial Statements of last Two Years ( Income Statement and Balance Sheet)
PLUS ...... An offer offer of permanent job and it should be on indeterminate basis.

I think my case is scenario B. Although I was working with this company's Indian branch for last 5 years, I was moved to Canadian org 6 months ago. My work permit is valid for another 2 years.
As you described, to obtain an AEO I would need PD7A (details of payroll taxes) from employer. Does this have to be detailed describing payrolls of all employees? or is it a summary? If it reveals payroll details of other colleagues, company will not provide this document.
Please advice.
Also, the IELTS test category is \"General\" right? not academic.

PD7A tells Total wages paid to all the employees during a month and taxes (including CPP and EI) paid to the government. There will not be any individual employee details.
