Hi Everyone!
I would like to know if you does need HRDC approval for arranged employment, if you are working full time on permanent basis on post graduation work permit.
Details:
1.) I am currently holding post graduation work permit.
2.) My job is permanent full time.
3.) I have got letter and offere letter from my employer stating I am permanent full time employee with no end dates.
Do I have to go through HRDC?
If no, If I am applying to CIC sydney, which documents should I need from my last employer , as well as from new employer (other than offer letter and reference letter)
Any help would be great!
Thanks
As per foreign worker manual on CIC website, you do not require LMO from HRSDC. So you are exempted from it.
You can directly apply to CIO, Sydney. Apart from reference letter and offer letter you may attach copy of tax return or T4, salary slips, any promotion or recommendation letters or any proof which shows your ties with employment claimed.
Thanks Very Much for your help.
I was confused about AOE employment case.
I have called CIC call centre twice, First they said I need HRDC approval but second time they said I don't.
Also I have contacted Buffalo Office, directly and they told me to contact CIC sydney.
Again thanks for your reply, I am going to apply and I will update this post about my case.
Take care
if you have any doubt you can refer foreign worker manual here
