Hello group
There has been a couple of discussions on this forum on selling your home by yourself. I have finally gotten around to subscribing to the services of bytheowner.com. I have created the listing for my home at the below mentioned link. Can you guys review and let me know if this is good enough for a potemtial buyer to be interested in my home.

Excellent place and well secluded location. Just out of curiosity, Would like to know about the noise pollution there. Any readings??
If I were you, I would contact a Mortgage Broker with a RE connection, or in house, and arrange a Prime minus mortgage for anyone who wants to take over now, and it would be sold this week end. You get the package ready for the buyer and post it in the amended listing. Swoosh, it was there a minute ago. Gone now.
