Not sure how many people had this experince of Selling Home in Canada without Realtor ?

Some details are

-Bought home around 2008 for $X amount
-Getting bigger home at comparatively better price
-No Realtor support from Builder
-As of today, price for existing home is $X - $5000 or $X-$10000
-Also Realtor commission, which is roughly $13000-$15000 for selling existing home

So it doesn't make sense to spend so much on realtor commission
Also getting a loss of around $25000 for buying new home is not 'Worth'

So what are the different options available to me ?
I know about WE LIST where one can list his home with some minor fee

But how successful are WE LIST ?
What problems I might encounter ?

Also like WE LIST is there any option with me ?

It is good that MLS is going to open for public.

But it’s not easy selling house without having good agent.

Lots of paper work involves (rules and regulations), not everyone will benefit selling homes by their own. Unless if they have knowledge and most important time (schedule meeting, going through all documents etc..)

Very soon you might be able to list your own home on MLS for a flat fee without being too concerned about the realtor commission.
